In a dominant position overlooking the village, the 54 sq m apartment consists of a living room/kitchen with a sea-view terrace, a king-size sofa bed. A corridor (and the interior doors, all made of solid wood) separates the living area from the quiet sleeping area and leads to the spacious bathroom, equipped with toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower, as well as a shoe rack and cabinet. The apartment is completed by a convenient storage room for keeping everything needed for days at the beach, which also houses the washing machine and electric boiler.
Given the size of the bathroom, it might be possible to create a second bedroom and convert the storage room into a bathroom. Everything is at the discretion of the new owners.
The wonderful view, as can be seen in the photos, can be enjoyed from the terrace where the entrance is located, from the living room/kitchen, the bedroom and even the bathroom!!!
